Huibin Chang
Huibin Chang received his PhD in Economics in 2016 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He currently holds a position as Manager and Senior Economist in the British Columbia government. Prior to that, Huibin had been an Assistant Professor and instructor at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (Dalian, China), University of International Business and Economics (Beijing, China), and the State University of New York at Buffalo (Buffalo, US), where he taught macroeconomics and microeconomics (both graduate and undergraduate levels). Huibin Chang's research focuses on applied econometrics, microeconomics, urban economics, transportation economics, and computable general equilibrium models. His recent research articles have been published in journals such as Transportation Research Part B and Transportation Research Part A.
